We started this company for one simple reason: there was nothing else out there like it. As real estate investors ourselves, we’ve felt the same frustrations many of our clients have — handing over a property to a management company only to feel like no one really cares about it the way you do.
We believe property management should be more than just guest messaging and cleanings. It should be about strategy, continuous improvement, and treating your property like a true investment — because that’s exactly what it is. We stay sharp on the latest in STR/MTR trends, optimize processes to increase ROI, and genuinely care for every home in our portfolio like it’s our own.

Meet Ashley
Ashley’s story starts all over the globe — from Singapore to Arizona to Afghanistan. She spent 14 years in the Army, most of it in special operations, working as a medic in some of the most high-pressure situations imaginable. While deployed, she started investing in real estate and fell in love with the world of short- and mid-term rentals.
After retirement in 2022, she dove in full-time — combining her creative eye with her love for old homes and hospitality, which also led to her pursuing her Master’s in Interior Architecture. Ashley brings the energy, the bold vision, and a whole lot of grit to everything she touches.
Meet Dan
Dan got his start in real estate back in 2020 through house hacking — jumping in even when everyone told him how "scary" being a landlord was. That leap turned into a passion for real estate and systems, and ultimately, this business. Dan’s the calm, strategic planner of the team — a spreadsheet-loving, data-crunching kind of guy. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, is a proud girl dad, and runs on positive vibes and big goals.
